Booking requires a $15 deposit, paid through Cash App. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is paid in cash, in the exact amount. Clients may reschedule once; after that, the deposit is forfeited.
Location details are sent 24 hours before each appointment. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face. A 10-minute grace period applies; arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $20 late fee, and appointments are cancelled if a client is more than 15 minutes late.
Squeeze-in and same-day appointments are available for an extra $25. Extra guests are not allowed unless they are also receiving a service or the visit was arranged in advance.
