Sets come with 12 nails and are grouped by size as ExtraSmall, Small, Medium and Large, with ready-to-ship options and custom orders offered alongside them.
Custom press-ons are handmade to a customer's chosen length, style and design. Orders are limited to four designs, and the business does not copy other press-on sets. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit, listed at $30, and the remaining balance is requested when the order is complete. Questions about custom orders can be sent by email.
Every press-on order includes a mini nail file, buffer, cuticle pusher, nail glue, glue tabs and application and removal instructions. Glue tabs are expected to hold about one to three days and nail glue about one to three weeks, and wear depends on use. With proper aftercare, the nails can be reused, and single replacement nails are sold separately.
Shipping is free on orders over $50. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, after which sales are final. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products, which require an emailed photo. Customers choose their own size, and wrong-size orders are final. Once USPS picks up a package and tracking updates, the business is not responsible for loss, and returned packages require contacting the business and paying a reshipping fee before resending. Prices and product descriptions may change without notice.
