Jazzed by Jazzy takes appointments through its own online schedule, where clients can see the available times and book a service. Deposits are required to hold a booking, and those deposits are non-refundable.
The studio's rules ask clients to arrive on time. Appointments that start more than five minutes late are canceled, and clients who expect to be late are asked to send a text. If the studio can still see a late client, a $10 late fee applies. Clients who do not show up are charged the full price of the service.
Appointments can be moved up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Clients who have a fever or have been feeling unwell are asked to reschedule or cancel. Breaking the booking rules can lead to cancellation and loss of the deposit.
Bookings outside the times on the schedule can sometimes be arranged as a squeeze-in for a $20 fee, requested by text.
