Facial work is customized on the day of treatment to each client's skin needs and goals, and includes a Designer Face Method and a Zemits HydroDiamond system. Chemical peel options include a customized peel, a TCA CROSS treatment for acne scars, a 3-part peel for melasma, a 3-part peel described as pregnancy safe, and The Perfect Derma peel. Three-part peels are spaced 14 days apart and other peels 28 days apart. Brow services include shaping, tint, a combined brow method, semi-permanent brows with a touch-up six to eight weeks later, and annual touch-ups. Lash services include the DESIGNER Lash Method, extension fills, Korean lash lifts and removal. Body and scalp treatments include Brazilian lymphatic massage and clarifying or hydrating scalp and neck treatments.
Semi-permanent brows, chemical peels and microneedling require a clearance before booking. A clearance is good for 30 days, and the service must be completed within that period. Returning clients seen in the last six months can book a free virtual clearance for brows, peels or microneedling; clients not seen in over six months need a full consultation and clearance as new clients. Virtual options include a 15-minute general consultation phone call, a 30-minute consultation with clearance by live stream, and a six-month virtual skin program with virtual follow-up sessions.
The studio also rents private salon suites to independent professionals who run their own businesses; suite renters are not employees of the studio. Booking requires a 30% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, and cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments have a 15-minute grace period except for consultations and clearances. Guests are not allowed in treatment rooms. According to the business, it was named D.C.
