Booking comes with several policies. Deposits of $15 to $25 are required on many services, and some apply to new clients only. A 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Custom press-on nails need sizing through the studio and about a week of processing. Refills cover no more than two weeks of growth, and a rebalance after four weeks of growth may be charged as a new set. The studio does not work over another person's nail work.
Hours are Monday to Wednesday and Friday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM, Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed on Sundays. Gift cards are sold in $40, $55, $75, $100 or custom amounts and are final sale. Clients can send questions through the contact form on the website.
