For brows, clients can choose a wax or a tweeze, with or without a tint. Tints come in a regular formula or a hybrid version that mixes henna into the tint, which the business says stains skin for up to 10 days and hair for up to 6 weeks, with a bolder result. Clients with lashes from another artist can book a foreign fill for an add-on fee. A wispy or strip effect can be added to full sets and refills, and the mega volume look may change depending on the condition of natural lashes.

Booking policies are strict about timing. Cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment incur a 50% fee, same-day cancellations or reschedules are charged 50%, and no-calls or no-shows are charged in full.
