The menu is organized around box braids, individual braid styles, braids worked with added hair, styling services, and add-ons. Box braids range from jumbo and large sizes to medium sizes, with both traditional and knotless versions listed, along with Fulani box braids. Smaller braid sets run from two braids for a half head or full head up to eight braids, and there are options for simple or intricate front braids, freestyle designs, custom festival braids, and braids finished with spacebuns. Ponytail braids and sleek ponytail weft are also offered.

Most braid services ask that hair be washed, dried and blown out smooth beforehand, with curly hair blown out smooth; a hair wash can be added to the appointment. Some styles need hair five to six inches long or longer, and others need hair at least shoulder length. For braids with added hair, the studio provides only natural colors or blondes, and clients may bring their own hair packs for a specific color, usually two to three packs for smaller styles. Typical pack counts for knotless and larger box braids are noted on the menu, ranging from six to twelve.

Booking is handled through the studio's GlossGenius page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. A cancellation made 24 hours ahead is charged 50% of the service, and no-shows or same-day cancellations are also charged 50% of the service.

Braids are done with natural hair only, and each style has preparation requirements for hair washing, drying and length.
