Clients can book online through the salon's website. When the schedule is full, clients can join the waitlist by calling or texting the salon. It is open Tuesday through Friday from 10AM to 4PM and on Saturday from 10AM to 3PM.

A credit card is kept on file to hold an appointment. Appointments must be cancelled by phone at least 48 hours ahead. A no-call, no-show is charged 50% of the scheduled services, and a client who arrives 15 minutes or more late may have the appointment cancelled and rescheduled.
