Blonding is a major part of the menu. The signature blonding and highlights service starts at $195 and comes in face frame, partial highlights and full highlights options, with a blowout included. The Go Darker Rich Color Refresh starts at $100, also includes a signature blowout, and can deepen color or tone down bright blonde without lightening it.

Haircuts start at $130 and can include layers, face framing, bangs or a short cut. A trim-only option is available for light dusting without layers or face framing. The signature blowout starts at $85 and does not include hot tools, which can be added for curls, waves or a sleek finish starting at $30.

Extensions are a main focus. Sew-in extensions are attached with beads and wefts, and the salon says it does not sew into the scalp. A consultation, $50, is required before any extension purchase. Full maintenance, which covers removing, washing, drying and reinstalling, starts at $50, and an add-new-hair refresh also starts at $50. Quick maintenance is for touch-ups only, without washing or drying, and is limited to two visits between full maintenance appointments. Clients usually return about every 6 to 8 weeks. Extension removal is offered from $50. The salon says its human hair extensions may be reusable for 6 to 12 months with proper care.

Booking and payment terms are set out clearly. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead, and missed appointments are charged the full cost of booked services to the card on file. The extension hair deposit is non-refundable for the cost of the hair. One complimentary fix appointment is offered per client with 24 hours notice, completed with the original stylist. Hair product exchanges of equal or lesser value are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Private after-hours appointments are available for $50 and are limited.
