Facials range from a one-hour Jata K. Artistry Facial, which is the only facial that includes high frequency, to a teen signature facial, a men's facial, a hydrating facial, a back facial, and an anti-aging microdermabrasion facial that combines microdermabrasion with peptide and antioxidant serums. Several facials are designed for specific areas, including a facial for the buttocks and a facial for the belly and maternity clients. Add-ons such as LED light therapy, high frequency, a hydro jelly mask with a choice of six ingredients, and a numbing cream for waxing can be booked alongside. Chemical peels, including a six-peel series, and a TCA medical grade peel are also offered.

Visits are by appointment, and the business has a limited number of slots each day. Clients running late can call or text, and appointments are cancelled after an 8-minute grace period. Cancelled and late-cancelled appointments are not refunded. Store credit is only offered for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the service. Services booked before or after regular hours carry a 50 dollar VIP fee added to the price.

Group options include 21-and-over sip and wax and sip and spa parties for six to eight guests, held at a hotel or at home. Packages combine services, such as a glow package with full-body waxing and a hydrating facial, and facial series that give one free facial after five. The shop also sells skincare products and kits and offers eGift cards.
