Appointments cover a range of work. Basic full sets without designs are offered alongside ombre sets in two chosen colors or a classic nude, with marble ombre available for an additional charge. French style sets pair a nude base with one or two gel colors on the tips. Freestyle sets are custom builds based on the client's colors and overall style, from light detailing up to fully customized sets with multiple designs, stones and layered elements.

Smaller services fill out the menu. Fill-ins without design work restore structure and shape for sets done within the past three weeks. Overlays add acrylic over natural nails after basic prep. Single broken or damaged nails can be repaired, with extra charges for designs or additional nails. Product applied by the business can be soaked off, but only when booked with a service and with any foreign product removed before the appointment.

Booking involves a non-refundable $20 deposit plus a processing fee. The balance can be paid by cash, tap to pay or debit, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Clients can book a service at any time within opening hours, which run Tuesday to Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM. Same-day cancellations and no-call no-shows are charged half the service fee. Other changes need at least 48 hours' notice, with one reschedule per deposit. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late have their appointments cancelled. Gift cards are available in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom figure, and are non-refundable.
