The studio is open Monday through Friday, 6 PM to 9:30 PM, and is closed on weekends. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Deposits are required for most bookings, and fill-ins depend on the client keeping at least 40% of their existing extensions. Fill-ins are only offered on the studio's own extensions, so a removal and full set come first for anyone coming from elsewhere.
Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients can send questions to the studio through the contact form on its website.
