All active appointments and bookings are hosted at the Carriage House, which the spa describes as a women's-only campus. The Downtown Flagship at 10 North Main Street has expanded suites, including one for couples.

Clients can enjoy a complimentary hour of mocktails before a spa service. Robes, sandals and private showers are provided, and a therapist gender preference can be requested when booking. Cell phones, electronics and photography are not permitted in the facility, which is smoke-free and vape-free. Guests are asked to arrive at least ten minutes early, since late arrivals may shorten treatment time, and to avoid alcohol before and during spa use. Children and extra guests are welcome only when they are receiving services.

Monthly memberships include The Transition at $130 a month, a steady base for regular self-care, and The Ritual at $240 a month, which the spa calls its most popular membership. The Founding 26 Annual Charter Membership is an all-inclusive option across both locations and is limited to 26 charter members, with a priority waitlist after that. It can be paid as a one-time annual payment of $4,850, which includes two months free, or as $485 a month with a $25 registration fee. It carries a 12-month commitment and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Three percent of Carriage House membership investment is donated to the Junior League of Memphis.

Packages and the Digital Detox Wellness Experience are paid in full when scheduled. The Digital Detox must be booked by phone, is typically reserved two to three weeks ahead, and the preferred date is not guaranteed. Physical gift cards are sold in the spa and e-gift cards online. Gift cards expire one year after purchase, have no cash value, and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Balances can be checked online, in person or by phone.

Hours are Wednesday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with Monday and Tuesday closed. For parking, street spaces are available at Main and Union, and overflow parking is at the Parking Can Be Fun garage at 79 Union, where payment is made by scanning a QR code.
