Clients request appointments through the website and can choose their stylist when they do. The salon then contacts them to confirm, allowing up to 24 hours for a reply. Confirmation texts arrive 24 hours before the appointment, and not replying does not cancel the booking. The salon is open Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 4pm, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. If a client arrives late, the service may be shortened to fit the booked time, or the visit may be rescheduled with a cancellation fee, so late clients are asked to contact their stylist or the front desk.
The salon says its aim is a great experience for every client.
