Every visit begins with a consultation about your preferences and beauty goals. Lash sets are designed around each client's own features rather than a template, and length and weight are chosen to support natural lashes. The studio will not customize a set in a way that could compromise lash health, and aftercare guidance is given at the appointment.

Extensions are available as individual synthetic or real mink lashes in a range of lengths, curls and thicknesses. Classic black is the style most clients choose. With proper home care a set typically holds for about 6 to 8 weeks, and clients usually return for a touch-up after about 3 weeks.

Booking requires a credit card on file. Appointment changes need at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged in full, though one last-minute cancellation for an emergency is excused. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten the appointment or require rescheduling. Lash fills need at least half of the extensions still in place: a 2-week fill must be booked within 14 days of the last fill or initial set, and a 3-week fill within 21 days, after which a full set is booked. Refunds are not offered for services or products, and any dissatisfaction, including product reactions, must be reported within 24 hours. Allergies must be reported before a service, and eye makeup must be removed before a lash appointment.
