Color is the main focus. Root retouches use Redken color, and the studio also offers all-over color with a glaze and toner, a color package that includes a cut and conditioning mask, partial and full highlights, and full balayage, which is priced after a consultation. Vivid color and color correction are priced individually. Lift and tone touch-ups cover up to half an inch of regrowth, and anything beyond that is treated as a color correction.

Beyond color, the menu includes women's and children's haircuts, shampoo and blow-dry services, flat iron and curl iron styling, and bang trims. Keratin treatments are offered in three lengths, and a Brazilian Blowout is also available. Perms are priced individually, and clients are asked to contact the studio before booking one. Waxing covers the lip, cheek, chin and eyebrows, with a package that combines brows, lip and chin.

Before booking, clients can request a free 20-minute virtual consultation to talk through their hair goals and the process. The studio asks for 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment carry a fee of 50 percent of the service cost, and no-shows are charged the full service price.
