Services are by appointment only. Clients can book online through the studio's Square page or call or text 512.817.3350. The menu is grouped into shaves, haircuts, grooming, color and waxing. Haircuts run from a 20-minute buzz cut and a 30-minute clipper cut to longer scissor cuts and fades, and some cuts can include an optional shampoo and styling. Shaves are done with a straight razor, preceded by a pre-shave and hot lather and finished with multiple hot towels and an after shave. The Razor Fade combines a clean cut with that full shave routine and a hot towel scalp massage.

Color services start with a free consultation, which is required before any color is booked. Men's color, highlights and beard color are priced after that consultation. Beard trims, neck shaves and scalp massage add-ons can be paired with a haircut. Waxing covers eyebrows, ears and nose, and the studio also offers a short Mini Facial using Jack Black products. Current hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 11 am to 7 pm, Thursday 11 am to 6 pm, Friday 11 am to 5 pm, and Saturday 11 am to 2 pm, with the studio closed on Sundays and Mondays. eGift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount.

The studio aims for every client to leave with a haircut they like, and describes its service as personal, with each cut tailored to the client.
