Color is a major part of the menu. Options include accent foils, half-head and full highlights, all-over color, root touch-ups for grey coverage, balayage in partial and full versions, vivid color work, color correction and a cool-toned platinum blonde. Hair repair and moisture treatments, scalp massage and updo styling are also offered.

Booking and payment details are set out clearly. New clients are asked for a deposit for certain color services, and cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of an appointment carry a 30% fee. In-person bookings can be paid over time through Buy Now, Pay Later, from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value, and gift card sales are final.
