Bookings are not made online. Clients reach the studio by text, email or Instagram to arrange an appointment. Services are paid with a deposit first, and the remaining balance can be settled by cash, Zelle, Venmo or tap to pay.
The studio's services are lash fills and full lash sets. Fills need to be booked within three weeks of the previous set, and a fill is only offered when at least half of the lashes from the prior set remain. If fewer remain, the visit is charged as a full set.
Clients who need a time outside regular hours can request a VIP appointment for an added fee, or a squeeze-in that fits into the existing schedule for a smaller added fee. Both are arranged through the contact methods the studio lists.
The studio does not work over another technician's lash work or service damaged natural lashes. If a client has a concern about a service, the studio says it will try to fix the issue, though refunds are not given.
