The studio is open Tuesday through Saturday, by appointment only. Color services are the main focus, from gray coverage and all-over color to foil highlights and vivid color. Non-color services such as haircuts are booked through the online booking site. New clients who want color must first complete the New Client Form, and Jules then follows up with booking details.

Every vivid service includes a haircut, a chelating treatment when needed, and conditioning. A product charge applies to all color services based on how much product is needed, and an estimate is discussed before the appointment.

The studio describes itself as a relaxed, peaceful place away from everyday stress. The goal is for clients to leave happy, confident and excited about their hair.
