Each style is adjusted to the client's preferences, lifestyle and the look they want. A visit starts with booking a service, date and time, then a consultation about hair goals and style preferences. The styling session is followed by the finished style.

Protecting natural hair comes first, with gentle techniques, quality products and attention to scalp comfort. Classic braids and modern protective styles are both offered, and clients who want a particular braid size can contact the studio before their appointment to choose one.

Hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday, according to the booking page. Appointments are requested through an online form that asks for the service, time, details and payment. Take down service starts at $80, and men's two strand twists start at $80. Braiding and styling hair is also sold in store.
