Extensions are hand-tied Bellami hair. A new install starts with a 30-minute in-person consultation, then a $500 deposit toward the hair, with the full amount due the week of the reservation. The first install runs two and a half to three hours. With home and salon care, extensions are expected to last six to twelve months. Move-up visits every four to six weeks adjust the beads and remove shed, and a full re-install follows after six or more weeks or one to two move-ups.

New guests fill out a consultation form with photos, receive a welcome packet and can join a waitlist. Visits can include a rest period in the Treatment Lounge, a head massage and an essential oil hot towel. Clients can set their drink, snack and towel scent choices ahead of time with an Experience Customization Form, and extension visits include snacks and drinks.
