A haircut starts with time spent on the client's growth pattern, texture, density, lifestyle and how the cut will grow out. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, dry hair and only a light, non-sticky product, and to leave room in their day for the full session, including rest. Haircut prices are the same for every client.

The Crown Reset Ritual is a 90-minute sensory wellness session, not a medical treatment, using handcrafted oils, gentle massage and warm herbal compresses. It can be booked alone or paired with a craft haircut for a 120-minute visit. Pure henna, made from 100% henna plant, is available on request. Detailed fades and fine-tuned barbering are not offered.

Styling products are chosen with a non-toxic, less plastic approach, and aerosols and propellants are avoided. The business says its products are eco-friendly, organic and non-toxic.
