New clients can book a 30-minute consultation before other services. It includes an assessment of hair condition and goals, followed by service recommendations. Kids braids, a 2-hour service, are open only to existing clients. VIP appointments, which run 2 hours 30 minutes, can be booked on the stylist's day off, outside business hours, or for holidays and events, and their cost is added to the price of the service booked.
