The menu is grouped into Facials and Spa, Advanced Anti-Aging, Brows and Makeup. Facials run from a standard 60-minute custom facial to a 75-minute Dealer's Choice facial built from two or more advanced modalities selected by the esthetician, with options such as hydradermabrasion, microcurrent, Glo2, iS CLINICAL Fire and Ice, oxygen and dermaplaning. Advanced anti-aging treatments include chemical peels, microchanneling as a needle-free alternative to microneedling, a non-facial skin tightening protocol and collagen therapy. These are usually booked as a series of three, spaced no more than four to six weeks apart.

Brow services include waxing, shaping and styling, plus a consultation for microblading, permanent makeup and brow and eyeliner tattoos. Makeup services include custom makeup lessons using the client's own products and tools, a soft glam application with lashes, bridal makeup consultations that are required before a bridal booking, and costume, face painting and prosthetic special effects work.

Bookings are made through the GlossGenius page. Form inquiries receive a response within 24 to 48 hours, and a text-only phone line is available. Deposits are non-refundable, cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged a 50 percent fee, and no-shows are charged the full service. Clients who arrive less than 10 minutes late have the time taken from their service, and after 15 minutes they may be treated as a no-show. Payment is accepted by cash, check, major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay, with a 3.5 percent fee on credit cards. Buy Now, Pay Later is available through GlossGenius for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Clients are asked to avoid waxing or tweezing in the 48 hours before a facial, to stop exfoliating acids 48 hours before and wait 72 hours after, and to wait two weeks after injectables, chemical peels, microneedling or laser before a facial. Anyone who is ill or has open skin, wounds or cold sores is asked to reschedule. Facials can be done with eyelash extensions, with oil-based products kept away from the eye area and no steam used. Clients 15 and under need a parent or guardian in the room, and clients 16 and older need a parent or guardian waiting in the Towne Center with a working cell phone.
