The studio is run by one nail artist and works by appointment only. It is in Suite 200 on the second floor, reached by elevator, and clients are buzzed in with a keypad code. Free parking is available in the plaza lot, and free street parking is also available.

Every service includes detailed cuticle care and a solid gel color. Designs, nail art, French tips and specialty finishes are add-ons chosen at booking, and prices can rise with design complexity. A soak-off, an add-on of about 30 minutes, is needed before a service over gel, Gel-X, acrylics or any other artificial product. It is not needed for bare natural nails, regular polish, or a fill on Gel-X done by the studio.

Gel-X extensions come in short, medium, long and XL lengths, each taking one hour to one hour fifteen minutes. Hard gel overlays on natural nails and builder gel, used for strength and length, take one hour fifteen minutes to one hour thirty minutes. Rebalance, which is BIAB and hard gel maintenance, takes two hours. Repairs for broken nails or lifting between appointments are offered depending on availability and how extensive the damage is, and clients are asked not to pick or peel their nails at home.

Booking requires a valid credit or debit card to secure the appointment, which is not charged at booking. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free, and rescheduling with that notice has no charge. Shorter notice may bring a $30 fee, and so does a no-show without notice. Clients are advised to arrive five minutes early, and a ten-minute grace period applies. Later arrivals may have the service shortened or rescheduled, and arrivals 15 or more minutes late may be treated as a no-show. Full payment is taken at the end of the appointment by major credit card or cash.

Tools are sanitized between clients, and files and buffers are single-use. The business says it keeps the highest hygiene standards and uses only premium products. Clients who are ill may reschedule with reasonable notice without penalty.
