Builder gel services cover removal, a soft builder gel signature overlay that includes cuticle care, and maintenance fills and rebalances for existing builder gel clients. Gel-X services include soak-offs, full sets, fills and a youth set for clients 15 and under who want short or extra-short nails. Polygel is offered as a soak-off, maintenance fills, rebalances, signature overlays and full sets with tips. Acrylic fills are available for acrylic nails kept within three to four weeks; anything beyond five weeks needs a rebalance instead.

Manicures range from a dry manicure, which prepares the nails and cuticles without adding strength or structure, to a gel manicure with shaping, cuticle care and a choice of gel color. Pedicures come as a toe polish change, toe grooming with polish, or one of three spa packages. The standard package covers clipping, cuticle care, exfoliation, callus smoothing and a light massage. The premium adds a hot stone massage for legs and feet and gel polish. The ultimate adds paraffin wax, a warm towel wrap, a glass of wine and gel polish.

Nail art is priced by design level rather than per nail. Level I is minimal accent art with simple line work, dots, foil or minimal detail, with cateye on all nails and four accent nails. Level II is custom artistry, including French manicures, hand-drawn designs, abstract or layered designs and multi-color or specialty polish techniques. Level III is signature artistry with a different design on each finger and intricate hand-drawn work. Long and extra-long designs require Level II or III and may carry additional fees. 3D or sculpted art, and charms, encapsulation or rhinestones, are priced separately at $7 per nail.

Deposits are required for all appointments and vary by service. A deposit does not carry over to a future booking if an appointment is cancelled, but a rescheduled appointment honors the deposit once. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged a 30% fee. Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and may not receive the full service. Clients are asked to arrive on time and come alone unless they have prior approval. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
