The salon is open Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 11 AM to 8 PM, and the salon location has a free covered parking garage.

The practice works on natural hair and all curl patterns, including 4C. It describes its curl care as luxury, and home visits can be arranged on request. Its stated aim is for Black clients to feel comfortable, safe and well-styled at every appointment.

Booking requires a valid credit card on file. Hair is washed during the appointment, so clients are asked to wash their hair two to three days beforehand and style it as usual afterward. Gratuity is not charged and tipping is not expected.

Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, or not showing up, results in the session price being charged to the card on file. Discounted rates are not offered for children, and children under five are not cut. Clients of all ages are asked to sit still during appointments, and the stylist reserves the right to refuse service or end a haircut at any time.
