Lash extensions are the largest part of the menu. Classic, wet, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets are offered, with fills booked by time: 30-minute mini fills, 60-minute fills and 90-minute extended fills, with the right fill chosen by how much time has passed since the last visit. Clients coming from another lash artist can book a transfer fill, where existing lashes are checked first and a full set is recommended if less than 40 to 50 percent remain. Extensions applied elsewhere can also be removed. Lash lifts and tints are available for clients who prefer a natural look without extensions.

Brow services include waxing with shaping and cleanup, tinting, lamination, and combined options that pair lamination with waxing and tinting. Waxing also covers the upper lip, chin, sideburns, full face, underarms, half and full arms, bikini, Brazilian, half and full legs. A maintenance Brazilian option is available for clients on a regular three- to five-week schedule.

Appointments run Monday and Tuesday from 1 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM; the studio is closed Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice, and later cancellations are charged half the scheduled service. No-call, no-shows are charged the full service, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule. Repeated cancellations, no-shows or late arrivals may limit future booking. Illness and family emergencies may be considered at the owner's discretion.
