First-time visits begin with the New Client Intro Treatment, which combines a consultation, a skin analysis and an initial customized treatment. The treatment for that first appointment is based on the condition of the skin and how ready the client is for it; a peel is not automatically suggested. Ahead of that visit, clients are asked to bring an up-to-date list of products they use and to report recent treatments, any medications, sensitivities and skin concerns. Each appointment addresses the client's concerns and includes a customized facial, followed by a plan for the next visit and for care at home. Maintenance facials are often scheduled every four to six weeks. Returning clients may book a recommended service or reach out to Jae for advice.

The facial menu includes signature facials for cleansing, exfoliation and hydration, along with HydraFacial, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and enzyme facials, several of which are offered within the customized Glow-Up facial. Corrective treatments include the Advanced Herbal Peel, which the studio calls its most popular corrective treatment, customized chemical peels, and Levels 1 to 3 peels chosen by skin readiness and goals. Level 2 is a TCA-based peel the studio describes as a no-peel option, though redness, sensitivity or flaking can still occur. Level 3 is the most intensive peel and involves planned recovery time, and it requires an in-person Skin Renewal Consultation before it can be booked. Advanced treatments, Elite Glow and Skin Revision, are offered to established clients for texture, scarring and skin renewal.

Hair removal is offered as hard wax for Brazilians and underarms and soft wax for legs, with the method adjusted to the area, the hair and the skin. Sugaring uses a sugar paste that removes hair in its natural direction of growth. The studio says some clients find sugaring more comfortable than waxing, and that consistent sugaring may bring finer or less noticeable regrowth, with results varying. For waxing, clients are asked to allow about a quarter inch of growth, avoid shaving just before the visit, and arrive with clean, dry skin. Memberships are listed monthly: facial plans at $125, $180 and $250, and waxing and sugaring plans at $60 and $75. Facial and waxing memberships carry a 90-day minimum commitment and 30 days' cancellation notice, and unused services do not roll over. Booking, membership purchases and appointment price confirmation go through the Boulevard platform.

Treatment is chosen from each client's skin assessment, readiness and goals, with home-care advice between visits.
