The lash menu covers classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume full sets, with hybrid sets mixing classic lashes with volume fans. Fills are scheduled once about half the lashes have shed, which is usually two to three weeks after a set. A volume three-week fill is offered only when at least 75% of lashes remain and the last set was within 21 days. Lash clusters use cluster segments to mimic a full extension, and bottom lashes, touch-ups, extension removal and a bridal consultation are also available.

Brow services include waxing, tinting, and a combined wax and tint appointment. Waxing covers the chin, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, and a full body package that includes legs, thighs, stomach, the Brazilian area, butt cheeks and underarms. Brazilian waxing is done with hard wax. For clients who get ingrown hairs, the business sells an Ingrown Hair Serum with tea tree oil and witch hazel, meant to be applied directly to the affected area. Consent forms are available for wax, eyelash and facial services.

The business also offers lash training. A one-day beginner group class costs $450 and a one-day one-on-one course costs $600. Classes include a training manual, lash kit, a mannequin for practice, live model training, health and sanitation instruction, product knowledge and a certificate of completion. Booking a class requires a $125 deposit, with the balance due one week before. A follow-up appointment can be added to a group class for $100.

Booking policies: cancelling at least 24 hours ahead carries no charge; cancelling with less notice is charged 25% of the service price, and a no-show is charged 50%.
