The menu centers on extensions and protective styling: sew-in packages with hair in 16, 18 and 20 to 22 inch lengths, closure sew-ins, quick weaves, wig installs, tape-ins, K-tips and hybrid installs, with maintenance visits in between. Color runs from root touch-ups and solid color to highlights, blonding and color correction. Silk presses, relaxers, rod sets, natural styling and add-ons such as updos, wand curls and crimps round out the menu. Closure sew-in installs start at $415, and sew-in packages start at $825.

Every appointment includes shampoo and a deep hydrating conditioning treatment. Snacks and drinks are complimentary, Wi-Fi is available, and a lap desk is provided for early morning visits. Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent, though space is limited.

Booking requires a non-refundable retainer that is applied to the service. Waiver forms and questionnaires are asked for at booking, especially from first-time clients. Late arrivals get a 10-minute grace period only if the salon is told in advance; arriving 15 or more minutes late results in a $25 charge. Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the appointment, and cancellations more than 24 hours ahead carry no fee. Later cancellations are charged 70% to the card on file, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged in full. Clients are asked for permission before any photos or recordings are taken, and hair cannot be changed once the client has left, so concerns should be raised before leaving. Clients can get a $15 coupon for one service during their birthday month if they note it on their profile, and gift cards are sold through the booking site.
