Jadore Tresses is at 2001 N Federal Highway in Pompano Beach. It is open Tuesday through Saturday, with weekday hours running 9:00 am to 8:00 pm on Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm on Friday, and 8:00 am to 8:00 pm on Saturday. It is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Appointments can be booked through the Book now link on the website.

The business sells ready-to-wear wigs through its website. The listed bob, the Priya Blunt Cut Bob, is hand-sewn and has a 4x4 lace closure that comes pre-cut for install. It is offered in small, medium and large cap sizes, with the part set to middle, left or right, or with no braid, and is listed at $195.00.

Orders ship within the 48 contiguous states by Standard Ground in 4-6 business days. Select products also have Second Day and Next Day options, which arrive in 2 or 1 business day when ordered by 11:00 am Eastern on a business day. Orders are not shipped to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, Canada or other international destinations. Alaska and Hawaii take 2-5 extra days on Standard Ground, carry a $15 delivery fee, and are excluded from Free Shipping promotions and the faster options. An order may arrive in more than one package.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, and returns sent after that window receive store credit that never expires. After 30 days, sales are final. Items must be new, unused, unaltered, resalable and in their original packaging, and every return needs a USPS, UPS or FedEx tracking number. Shipping and return fees are not reimbursed, except that a return label is emailed for orders that were fulfilled incorrectly. Exchanges are not accepted.
