Jadie Luxe Co. is a lash studio in Suite 402 at 200 E Joppa Road in Towson. Lash appointments are the service it offers, and the studio gives clear rules on booking, payment and timing so clients know what to expect before they arrive.

Booking starts with a non-refundable $10 deposit. The balance is paid after the service in cash or by debit or credit card, and card payments carry a $2 processing fee. Squeeze-in appointments add a $10 fee to the final total, and significant lash build-up adds a $10 fee. Clients should arrive with no makeup on, including foundation, eyeliner, mascara and eyeshadow, and should come alone, since no extra guests are allowed during the appointment. A 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals; anyone more than 10 minutes late has a $15 late fee added to the final total, and appointments are canceled after 20 minutes of lateness. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice by email or text. Shorter-notice changes forfeit the deposit, carry a charge of half the remaining balance, and require a new deposit to rebook.
