Wedding packages are tiered by group size. The Ivory package is $3,500 for smaller groups, with up to 8 hair or makeup services and up to 4.5 hours of coverage. Onyx is $4,700 for medium groups, with up to 12 services and up to 5 hours, and Gold is $5,900 for larger groups, with up to 16 services and up to 5 hours. A Custom Collection starts at $1,500 with no service minimum and includes a dedicated master artist. Bridal previews, a dedicated one to two hour session with the artist, are recommended one to three months before the wedding.

Outside of wedding work, the studio also provides magazine-style styling and creative direction for photo shoots, runway shows and sessions for handmade-goods makers, plus corporate hair and makeup for commercial shoots, conferences, galas and presentations. Either service can take place at the salon or at the client's location. Day-to-day offerings cover haircuts, color, extensions, blowouts, updos, and makeup for occasions such as birthdays and date nights. The salon accepts new clients on a limited basis, and first-time visitors can reserve a free 15-minute consultation. Appointments are required, and the calendar runs seven days a week. Gratuity is built into the price, and clients are offered coffee, wine and champagne during visits.

The whole studio can be rented for bridal parties, bachelorettes, birthdays and other small events. Rentals start with a three-hour minimum and run up to an eight-hour full day. Rates are hourly, vary by season and weekday or weekend, and are lower for longer bookings. Rentals require a legally binding contract, a 50 percent non-refundable deposit and a security deposit, and studio reservations are prioritized for clients with future booked wedding services. Independent stylists can rent booth space by the hour, day, week or long term, with secure keypad entry and an online booking portal that includes text and email marketing.

The studio says it favors airbrush makeup for its longevity, its non-transferable results and its suitability across skin types.
