Jade Luxe Beauty is owned and run by Amanda, who trained as an esthetician and runs the studio on her own. The focus is Brazilian waxing, with bikini waxing, body and face waxing, and brow and lash services also on the menu. The studio is in Suite 304-D on Wood Road and has plenty of parking.

About

A visit starts with a short consultation about what you want done. Brazilian and bikini waxes can be shaped into a landing strip or a triangle if you ask before the appointment. Hair should be about a quarter inch long before a Brazilian or bikini wax, and the studio recommends rebooking those waxes every four to six weeks. Clients who have been waxed at the studio within the last six weeks can book the lower Brazilian Wax Maintenance rate; longer gaps are charged the regular price. Clients can also join the Brazilian Wax Club, where they retire their razor and are waxed monthly at the Braintree studio.

Brow and lash services are part of the menu. Eyebrow services include waxing, tweezing, tinting, staining and lamination, and a Signature Brows option covers brow mapping, waxing, tinting and styling. Eyebrow lamination and lash lifts typically last six to eight weeks, and touch-ups can be booked. Clients should stop using retinol, tretinoin, exfoliating actives, benzoyl peroxide and acne products seven days before brow or lamination appointments.

Policies are set out clearly. New clients pay a deposit for some services when booking. Appointments are booked online through GlossGenius, where they can also be cancelled up to 48 hours ahead. A five-minute grace period applies, and late arrivals may be declined. Refunds are not offered on services, but concerns can be raised by text or email within five days of the appointment. Products are final sale.

The studio aims to leave clients feeling comfortable, served quickly and confident. It guides clients on hair length and aftercare, including exfoliating with a 50-grit towel and using a daily ingrown serum to help with ingrown hairs.

The space is described by clients as clean and calm, with a relaxed feel where laughter is welcome and all shapes, sizes and colors are welcomed.
