The menu covers haircuts, dimensional color, curly hair services, tape-in and sew-in extensions, silk presses and a smoothing treatment. Color work ranges from toner and root color to partial and full highlights, balayage and larger color changes for clients with naturally darker hair. Curly services include a wash-and-go, a longer curl care appointment and a cut the studio describes as science-based. Each service lists its length and what it includes, so clients can see what their appointment covers.

Before a first appointment, clients can book a free 30-minute consultation to talk through their hair history and goals. Balayage, full and partial highlights, color changes and tape-in installs need a consultation for new clients, and tape-in installs ask for a $100 deposit. Hair for extensions is purchased separately. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment.

Cancellations and reschedules are handled by call or text. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. The studio is open Tuesday from 1 PM to 6 PM, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM.

The studio centers on hair health, with each visit planned around a client's history and goals. Clients are encouraged to start with a booking and a consultation.
