Booking and arrival work by text, which is the preferred contact method. The front door stays locked and the call box is not in use, so the stylist lets clients in. Clients text when they arrive and wait for a reply before walking up to the building. Snacks and refreshments are complimentary. A card is required at booking to hold the appointment but is not charged then, and some services need a deposit invoiced by email. Balances are paid at the appointment by cash, card or Tap to Pay. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the visit. Appointments are cancelled after 20 minutes without a call or arrival, and 50% of the service is charged. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final sale.

Loc work is a major focus. Options include traditional loc shampoos, cuts, repairs, retwists and a range of styles such as curls, petals and loc knot bobs, along with a detox deep cleaning for locs. Micro loc services cover consultations, shampoos, corrections, retie appointments and starter installs. Starter locs, instant locs and starter microlocs begin with a consultation.

Extension services include sew-ins, Microlink installs and maintenance, tape-in installs, reinstalls and removal, clip-in installs, crochet styles and quick bonded weaves. Color, silk presses, rod sets, twists and curl definition round out the menu.

Some complex services, including starter locs, instant locs, extension installs and starter microlocs, require a consultation first so the plan is set before the appointment day.
