The color menu covers glossing and toning, including a jet black gloss, a gloss refresh for blonde or brown hair that has been previously lightened, and a demi or semi color refresh that includes shampoo, conditioning and style. Root retouches are offered for either a four-week grow out or a six-to-ten-week grow out. Highlight services range from partial and face-framing highlights to full all-over blonde or brown highlights, and a base color combined with highlights is available with a custom base.
Extension work is a major part of the menu. Options include tape-in installation, including installs using the client's own hair, tape-in removal with or without styling, tape extension reinstalls, clip-in installs where clients bring their own extensions, microlinks, and quick weaves, including a hybrid quick weave with tape-ins added at the front. Cuts, shampoo and style sessions, updos for special occasions, and a few short treatments such as a moisture treatment, a protein treatment and a trim round out the list.
Booking details are set out on the lounge's listing: new clients are asked for a deposit on select services, a 50% cancellation fee applies, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. A $100 travel fee applies to any service provided outside the salon in Michigan.
