Color ranges from extra color bowls, toners and root retouches to single all-over color, highlights and lowlights, partial balayage, balayage or ombré, vivid color and custom color. Custom color can include color blocking, Calico design, money piece and gray blending. Color correction and full blonde work are also offered. A root tap or shadow root add-on must be booked with a highlighting service. The root retouch covers up to one inch of regrowth and is suggested every four to six weeks.

Extensions include a paid consultation, which is credited toward the next hair order or extensions appointment, and removal with a wash and blow-dry. Installation methods include tape-ins, I-tips and flat tips, wefts, and fusion or K-tips, with move-ups for wefts also available. The salon offers Halocouture extensions and halo extensions in 12 to 24 inch lengths, in original halo, layered halo, fall, ponytail, clip-in and bang styles, priced by color, length and volume.

Hair treatments include Saphira enhancements, deep treatments, Genoma protein-based reconstruction, Mineral Defrizz, two smoothing options, and Aura and Ybera stemcell smoothing treatments. A scalp examination under a microscope is available before a scalp treatment. The salon states that 100% frizz removal is not guaranteed with Mineral Defrizz. Payment options include memberships, Buy Now, Pay Later for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval required, and Afterpay for halo extension consultations. Service deposits run from $10 to $50, and a 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.
