Permanent makeup is not offered to everyone. Clients are screened for conditions and medications that can prevent treatment before booking. Appointments require a card on file, and makeup application and classes take a deposit submitted online after an appointment is requested. Reminders go out 48 hours ahead, and clients who arrive five minutes late may be marked as no-shows.

Jackie also teaches. She is an official Elleebana Brow Henna trainer for San Diego County, and training is offered alongside the appointment services.

Permanent makeup treatments follow a screening step for medical conditions and medications, and the studio covers brows, lashes, make-up and events using current products and hairstyle designs.
