A visit can include a clarifying demineralization treatment that removes hard water minerals and prepares hair for color, followed by color such as a gloss, which adds tone and shine and doubles as a conditioning treatment. Many color services can be paired with a haircut, blowdry or bonding treatment.

Packages bundle the main services for a set price starting point: mini, partial and full foil haircut packages, a balayage package, and a reverse color service for moving from blonde to brunette, which includes color from roots to ends plus a cut and style. Grey blending blends grey into existing color for a natural look and is generally maintained about twice a year.

Policies are set out on the booking page. Cancellations need 48 hours notice, with a 50% charge applied to later cancellations, and same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged in full. If a client is unhappy with a service, it can be redone at no charge within 7 days of the last scheduled appointment.
