Haircuts are the core of the menu, with cuts named for boys and girls such as the Jack Cut and Jill Cut, plus a Buzz Cut, a First Haircut that comes with a certificate, and a Specialty Cut that takes more time and includes a blowout.
Beyond haircuts, the salon offers bang trims, short styling services such as the Mini-Style, Princess Style and Diva Style, and manicures and pedicures for kids. Salon extras include a wash and blowout, flat ironing, hair tinsel, feathers and ear piercing, which is by appointment only.
The salon offers bundled packages that combine several services: Princess for a Day, Diva for a Day, Lil' Princess, and Rockin Diva. It also runs parties sorted into two tiers, Premium Parties and Deluxe Parties. Each tier needs at least six guests. Premium Parties take roughly 1.5 hours, while Deluxe Parties take about 2 hours.
Booking in advance is recommended, though walk-ins are welcome when there is availability. Cancellations or changes need at least 3 hours' notice. Late cancellations, missed appointments and arrivals more than 5 minutes late may be charged the full scheduled service plus a 20% service fee, and clients are asked to arrive a few minutes early to check in. Hours are Tuesday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am to 5:00pm, and Sunday 9:00am to 3:00pm. The salon is closed on Mondays.
