A haircut visit starts with a consultation, then a stress-relieving scalp massage, shampoo, the cut and styling. Appointments are meant to be relaxed and unhurried, with conversation along the way and attentive service throughout.

The color menu covers all-over color, root touch-ups, baby lights, partial and full foil, color gloss and a gloss add-on. Styling includes blowouts, updos, and bridal updos, and the keratin treatments come in three options: Keratin express, Keratin express blowout and Keratin natural treatment.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from about 11am to 7pm and Saturday from about 10am to 6pm. Earlier and later appointments can be requested. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and children are asked to stay home during appointments.
