Bookings are made by appointment only, and each provider keeps their own hours, so availability differs from person to person.

Hair services fall into two groups: color work, much of which is paired with a haircut, and cuts with finishing. The nail menu covers manicures, nail art add-ons, repairs and removals.

The building has no parking lot of its own. Free street parking is available on Chittenden, on 11th Street and at Indianola, the first cross street. Metered spots run along High Street and 12th Street, and a paid garage is on 11th Street. Street sweeping rules apply in warmer months, and cars parked on the street or in the lot behind the building can be towed.

Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice and should go to the provider the client is booked with. Same-day cancellations may be charged half the booked cost. No-shows are charged the full cost, and rebooking is paused until that fee is paid. A 15-minute grace period applies before a missed appointment counts as a no-show. Clients more than 10 minutes late may be offered a limited version of their service so the appointment can still happen.
