The salon's central idea is that good hair depends on a healthy scalp, and its offer is built around that. It says it provides exclusive hair and scalp treatments and stocks premium styling products from luxury brands. At the Sausalito location, Neil De Sousa offers trichology evaluations and scalp and hair loss treatments, starting with an assessment of scalp and hair health that leads to customized options.

Appointments are required for salon services, though walk-ins are welcome when the team can fit them in. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early. A consultation with Dimitri Poulos is required before booking any chemical service.

Prices are set according to the experience and education of the stylist, under a level system. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and three cancellations or no-shows in a row may require a credit card to hold future appointments. Clients who are unhappy with a service can contact the salon within seven days. Gift certificates are non-refundable, and their prices are guaranteed for one year from purchase.
