Services are by appointment only, and a complimentary consultation can be booked before a first visit. Every service includes a complimentary blowout and style. The salon's blonding menu runs from accent highlights and partial or full-head blonding to balayage, double process, and versions with lowlights for added dimension. Color services cover all-over color, retouching and gray coverage, color removal, and demi-permanent glazes.
The salon guarantees its work and will redo a service at no cost to the client, though refunds are not given. Cancelling or rescheduling at least one day ahead avoids a cancellation fee; cancelling less than 24 hours before an appointment may bring a 50% service charge and/or a deposit for future bookings. Hours are 10 am to 5 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, 10 am to 6 pm on Thursday and Friday, and 10 am to 3 pm on Saturday. The salon is closed Sunday and Monday.
