Color is the core of the work here. Services range from all-over single process color and toning to foil accents, partial and full highlights, lowlights, combined highlight and lowlight sessions, partial and full balayage, and double process color. Toning can be added to highlight and balayage services for an extra charge. First-time visitors start with a consultation that covers hair analysis, lifestyle and daily routine, and the products and timing needed for the look they want. Color requests from first-time clients are approved only after that consultation, and double process color needs an in-person consultation on a separate day before the appointment.

Cuts and styling include women's cuts with shampoo and thermal styling, men's and children's cuts, bang trims, and a thinning hair cut that removes bulk and adds texture while keeping length. Treatments include a deep conditioning service and the CHI Enviro Smoothing Treatment, a roughly two-and-a-half-hour service that the studio says lasts three to four months with proper aftercare. The studio notes that this smoothing treatment is not a keratin treatment and contains no formaldehyde. Thick hair and hair past the shoulder blades carry extra charges. Brow tinting and brow, upper lip and chin waxing round out the menu.

Booking comes with a few policies. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50% fee. A no-show client must leave a deposit before booking again, and services stop after two no-shows in a row with the same stylist. Clients who are running late should call as soon as possible, since the appointment may need to be moved, and consistently late arrivals may no longer be served. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
