The menu covers cuts for children, men and women, with some cuts and blowouts handled by junior stylists. Color options run from a mini custom color and root touch-ups to partial and full custom color, plus correction color charged by the hour. Smoothing options include a standard smoothing treatment and the Sweet Pea treatment, which is aimed at frizz and is booked for two hours or more. A free 15-minute consultation is available to answer service questions or match color for hair extensions.
New clients booking color pay a deposit, and the salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel. Changing a booking within 24 to 48 hours is treated as a cancellation and charged a service fee. Hours are Monday 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday 10:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 4 PM, with the salon closed on Sunday.
