The studio offers classic extensions applied one-to-one to each natural lash, along with hybrid sets that pair classic lashes with lightweight fans, volume sets built from handmade fans of 5 to 10 lashes, and mega volume sets built from fans of 15 or more. Wispy sets can be styled as natural, fluffy, dramatic or strip-lash inspired, and angel sets are a thicker classic-style effect with a soft, airy finish. Full sets are listed at $250 and typically take between about 2 hours 30 minutes (classic) and about 3 hours 30 minutes (mega volume). The site describes hybrid as one of its most popular styles.

A first visit usually begins with a complimentary 15-minute consultation call covering lash suitability, style, aftercare and booking. A complimentary patch test, about 45 minutes, is also offered. At the appointment, clients complete consent forms, arrive with a freshly cleansed face and no makeup, and are asked to avoid caffeine beforehand. Guests cannot join appointments because of limited space.

Fills are offered to current clients only, and the price depends on how many days have passed since the last appointment: $80 within 7 days, $115 for 8 to 14 days, $150 for 15 to 21 days, and $185 for an extended fill within 25 days. Fills remove lashes that have grown more than 2 mm from the lash line or are twisted or misaligned, and the studio recommends a fill every 2 to 3 weeks. A foreign fill at $150 is available for clients wearing extensions from another artist, and the lashes are assessed at consultation to decide between a fill and a full set. Lash removal is $45 and uses a gentle cream remover followed by a lash bath.

The studio describes its aim as a warm, welcoming space for self-care and comfort, with work focused on comfort, retention and long-term lash health. Every set is customized to the client's eye shape, natural lashes and desired fullness. Clients can book online through the Square booking page, and the studio is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, closed on weekends. Appointments outside those hours can be arranged on request for an extra $30. Payment is accepted by cash, Venmo, Zelle, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, with a 3% convenience fee on credit cards. Booking requires card details, but no deposit is taken; the card is charged only for arriving more than 15 minutes late or canceling inside 48 hours. Refunds are not offered for services, though concerns raised within the first 48 hours are addressed, and an adverse reaction receives a complimentary lash removal.
